How lessons from C/Can’s global network of cities can support the EU Mission on Cancer’s objectives
City Cancer Challenge shared on LinkedIn:
“City Cancer Challenge (C/Can) is honored to join the ECHoS | Establishing of Cancer Mission Hubs: Networks and Synergies Project’s webinar series, ‘Cancer Mission Impact: Learn. Test. Come-back,’ to share our experiences in transforming cancer care in cities across low- and middle-income countries.
The ECHoS Project supports the EU Mission on Cancer by fostering dedicated structures — National Cancer Mission Hubs — across Europe to coordinate action between stakeholders in health, research, and beyond. At the heart of this approach is a belief that only collaborative, community-driven solutions can deliver impactful change throughout the cancer care continuum.
For C/Can, this has been our guiding principle for years. We are excited to contribute insights on:
Stakeholder engagement strategies that drive meaningful change.
Community-driven approaches to cancer prevention and care.
Lessons learned: challenges, successes, and actionable tips for implementation.
