All the bound theses of the students of this class except for the one that was sent to Brazil – Advanced Oncology
Quoting Advanced Oncology on LinkedIn:
“For the first time since its inauguration 13 years ago, all enrolled students of one class have finished their studies successfully.
It is important to prioritize, and we consider a sustainable approach to matters the most helpful for everyone involved.
The usual reasons for dropouts are:
– More professional obligations in their regular jobs (after all, studies here are part-time, and our students are very ambitious),
– Financial stress (we must ask for tuition as a non-consecutive study program),
– Altered personal circumstances (childbirth, childcare, care for other relatives, health issues etc).
People starting to study with us are already very resilient to start with.
All the more to be even more proud of everyone who finishes, each one at their own pace.
Congratulations to the students of the 2020 Advanced Oncology class! You not only made it through the pandemic but you used your time wisely. We are proud of you and hope that you know that.
