“How AI could influence pediatric oncology?
Our latest research published in the European Journal of Cancer Paediatric Oncology, explored the perceptions and expectations of European pediatric oncologists regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) in clinical workflows.
What we did?
We crafted hypothetical AI scenarios and use the Shinners Artificial Intelligence Perception (SHAIP) tool to assess how AI could influence pediatric oncology. This work underscores that while AI holds great potential, significant strides must be made to address challenges in trust, preparedness, and ethical considerations.
