Ray Bai: Methods and Applications for Bayesian Semiparametric Survival Analysis
Ray Bai, Assistant Professor of Statistics at University of South Carolina, shared on LinkedIn:
“Congratulations to Dr. Zile Zhao for successfully defending his PhD thesis, ‘Methods and Applications for Bayesian Semiparametric Survival Analysis’!
Zile is my second PhD advisee to graduate (following the outstanding Shijie Wang). Zile’s dissertation proposed three new methods for Bayesian survival analysis: 1) causal inference under treatment switching, 2) multilevel modeling under informative cluster size, and 3) distributed Bayesian inference for large survival data. Well done!”
