“Thank you for visiting University of Minnesota Department of Medicine: Hematology, Oncology and Transplantation Division Blood Club, Angela Dispenzieri!

20 years ago, this legend met me in her office as my career advisor.

I told her I was interested in infectious disease, rheumatology, immunology, and cancer.

She instantly told me what I was going to do for a career: BMT.

She was right.

Fast forward 20 years, and I’m about to embark on a new journey in this field.

Immensely grateful for her inspiration, insight, and encouragement along the way!”
