“The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) proudly joined 79 other organizations supporting FDA rules to stop the sale of menthol cigarettes and all flavored cigars. We’re urging the White House and OMB to expedite their review and issue final regulations by end of year. Once released this rule will also help combat the health disparities driven by Big Tobacco’s premeditated predatory practices to addict Black, LGBTQ and low-income communities for decades.”
