SABCS is the leading international forum where researchers, health professionals and patient advocates gather and share knowledge towards the common goal of discovering a cure for breast cancer.
I was honored to join the panel discussion with Exact Sciences to discuss the future of diagnostic testing and its impact on improving patients’ quality of life and offering better outcomes. Along with patient advocates, Debbie Denardi – MBA, Betty M SANCHEZ, we shared the importance of the patient’s voice to ensure that diverse representation is considered in research, treatment and clinical trials.
I highlighted how the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score test changed the approach to my treatment from a general plan to personalized medicine that is the future we hope for everyone.”
