Priscilla Chan: Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s science team built a tool, CELLxGENE, that houses the world’s largest standardized collection of single-cell data
Priscilla Chan, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, shared on LinkedIn:
“There is so much new data being discovered about our cells and we’ve only begun learning from it. That’s because pulling insights from all these datasets about our cells is like assembling a 1000-piece puzzle with pieces from dozens of different puzzles intermixed and scattered across a room.
To help scientists make sense of all this data, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s science team built a tool, CELLxGENE, that houses the world’s largest standardized collection of single-cell data. It’s making the data more accessible so scientists can answer big questions about our biology. You can dig into CELLxGENE more in this preprint here.”
