“I would like to thank the Indian Society of Medical & Paediatric Oncology for recognising our work identifying a low cost, novel methodology, for M-protein detection by acetonitrile precipitation, with the Shri Vijay Batra Research Foundation (Adley Group) Award 2023.
Thanking my leaders and mentors, Dr. T Rajkumar, Dr. Hemanth Raj, Dr. Vikram Mathews, Dr. Vincent Rajkumar, Dr. Venkatraman Radhakrish and Dr. T. G. Sagar.
To receive this award from this distinguished panel was truly an honour. A special mention of Dr. Sudeep Gupta, who I first met in 2017. Ever since, I have been in awe of his kindness, graciousness, and generosity as a leader in the field of Oncology.”
