Changes!
Big or small, as much as one can handle at a time.
It could be behavioural, dietary, lifestyle, physical and psychological changes
A good starting point is psychological.
Mental preparedness is deciding that cancer will not take your spirit.
It is about cultivating a positive mindset, being proactive, and seeking support when needed.
To anyone affected by cancer, remember that you are not alone.
Your strength, courage, determination, and support from the community will carry you through.”
