Moffitt Cancer Center was named the world’s only Delcath Center of Excellence for work in percutaneous hepatic perfusion

“Moffitt was named the world’s only Delcath Center of Excellence for our work in percutaneous hepatic perfusion) to treat patients with Metastatic Ocular Melanoma. Moffitt experts train centers from around the world in this newly FDA approved treatment and has treated more patients with this disease type than any other center.”
Jonathan Zager, Chief Academic Officer at Moffitt Cancer Center, shared this post on X, adding:
“On behalf of the entire team. It was a honor to receive this Totally a team effort and we have an amazing team including the IR nurses, IR techs, anesthesia providers, perfusionists and our masterful IR docs! We will hopefully surpass 50 PHPs this year as SOC!”
