Recognizing the urgency to reach younger people, in 2021 Siteman Cancer Center established the Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Prog. Hyun Kim leads this effort and patient studies.”
Hyun Kim, GI oncologist at WashU Medicine Radiation Oncology, shared this post on X, adding:
“Fantastic effort in collaboration with my colleagues Kate Pedersen, Yin Cao, Will Chapman Jr, Michael Iglesia. Abdominal pain is the most common symptom. GI bleeding most strongly associated with diagnosis. Check your. Get your screening colonoscopy.”
