Yüksel Ürün: Liquid biopsy identifies CN losses across multiple tumor types

“Liquid biopsy detects gene copy number (CN) losses, including PTEN, BRCA1/2, PALB2, and MTAP. High sensitivity observed in samples with TF ≥ 20%.
