“cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics is a resource for interactive exploration of multidimensional cancer genomics data sets
Originally developed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
cBioPortal software is now available under an open source license via GitHub.
The goals of cBioPortal are
- significantly lower the barriers between complex genomic data and cancer researchers
- provide rapid, intuitive and high-quality access to molecular profiles and clinical attributes from large-scale cancer genomics projects.

Mainak Bardhan is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, specializing in the genetics, genomics, pathology, and epidemiology of neurological disorders, neuromuscular diseases, rare disorders, and infectious diseases.
