Dana-Farber Cancer Institute supports breast cancer equity legislation in Massachusetts
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This week, the state Legislature passed a critical bill to make breast cancer screenings more equitable in Massachusetts.
Dana-Farber was proud to support breast cancer equity legislation, which eliminates health insurance out-of-pocket costs for follow-up breast screenings for patients with abnormal mammograms or clinical exams.
We ask Governor Healey to sign breast cancer equity into law so Massachusetts can join 26 states in the fight against breast cancer and saving lives.
