Joshua Omale: Accelerating Nigeria’s Path to Comprehensive Cancer Control
Joshua Omale shared on LinkedIn:
“It was a great time at the 2024 International Cancer Week organized by the National Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment with the theme: Accelerating Nigeria’s Path to Comprehensive Cancer Control: Innovation, Access and Partnership
The great conversations, the warm connections, and the insightful stories were overall impactful and I’m grateful for the renewed commitment to contribute to winning the fight against cancer with all other stakeholders in this space.
Special appreciation to the SLUM AND RURAL HEALTH INITIATIVE NETWORK for being at the fore front in the fight against NCDs in Africa and providing healthcare information and services to people in underserved communities. Thank you very much Dr. Isaac Olufadewa for inspiring possibilities! To the Campus Cancer Awareness Initiative Nigeria (CCAIN) and Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2) , here’s to more impactful works and accelerated progress in advancing cancer prevention and care for children and everyone!”
