“Eastern Health Clinical School has recently welcomed two new researchers, A/Prof Sandra Nolte and Dr Edmond Kwan, who bring a wealth of expertise in person-centred research and cancer genomics and bioinformatics.

Edmond Kwan, Medical Oncologist and Lab Head at Eastern Health and Monash University, shared the above post on X, adding:
“After 3.5 memorable years, I’m excited to be returning home as a Senior Research Fellow and Lab Head EHCS Monash & Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute (Prostate Cancer Research Group) + Med Onc Eastern Health studying Urological Cancer biomarkers.
Sad to bid farewell to friends Alex Wyatt lab and wider Vancouver Prostate Centre, BC Cancer who have taught me so much, but looking forward to building a new team and reuniting with Australian research community.
