*The US is a key partner for West Yorkshire from both a trade and inward investment perspective.

*The US is one of the two largest single country markets for goods exports from this region and our strengths in Health & Life Sciences and the Space sector resonate with the US trade opportunities.

*Bilateral trade in goods and services between West Yorkshire and the US is worth £4.6 billion. Currently, 1,800 West Yorkshire businesses export goods to the US.
