Estela Rodriguez: Raising awareness about shortage of Latino physicians

“NLPD24 +1 day. Still raising awareness today about shortage of Latino physicians.
Latino physicians are only 6% and Latinas physicians are unicorns making only about 2.4% of the US physician and oncology workforce.
Glad to work with Latino physicians.”
