Giselle Sholler: A weekend of resilience
Giselle Sholler posted on LinkedIn:
“A weekend of resilience. Our Triathlon team called the Fighting Dragons– my family, our summer interns, and friends, arrived in Augusta after Hurricane Helene. Terrible to see such damage, appropriately the Ironman 70.3 was canceled to redirect the resources to help those impacted by Helene.
After 20 weeks of training and fundraising there was some disappointment but we travelled on to a safe area and complete the distances on our own. So proud of these young adults!! Thank you to everyone who donated to our fundraising for Beat Childhood Cancer Foundation
