“After an early flight straight into an incredible and jam-packed Lung Cancer symposium hosted by Inova Health, I made it to my hotel room feeling a bit tired and in need of a reset.

Here’s my go-to strategy to recharge:

  • 5-minute workout to wake up the body
  • 5-minute mobility session to loosen up
  • 5-minute walk around the hotel to clear the mind
  • 5-minute yoga nidra to reset and relax.

In just 20 minutes, I feel like I’ve reset the day and am ready to keep going strong!
