Rachel Craft: A massive cycle for Laura Downer who has completed a summer of fundraising for Action Against Cancer.
Rachel Craft, Trustee at Action Against Cancer, shared a post by Action Against Cancer on LinkedIn, adding:
”A massive cycle for Laura Downer who has completed a summer of fundraising for Action Against Cancer. Supporting Justin Stebbing and the team in their research into developing new diagnostics and treatments to improve the survival prospects and quality of life for millions of cancer sufferers.”
Quoting Action Against Cancer’s post:
”She did it! Laura has completed her 246 mile pilgrimage cycle ride from Wiltshire to Canterbury, lighting candles in Cathedrals along the way. Describing it as a “most wonderful experience,” this completes a summer of fundraising for Laura for our research, beautifully recounted here. Enormous thanks and congratulations Laura!”
