Joshua Omale: Coalition Against Childhood Cancer – remarkable example of turning pain into purpose
Joshua Omale posted on LinkedIn:
“Today, I want to celebrate an extraordinary woman who has inspired countless people, including myself. Founding the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2) was not just a monumental achievement, but a remarkable example of turning pain into purpose. Through your tireless efforts, you have reshaped the landscape of pediatric oncology and given hope to so many families and children.
I’ll never forget when you once told me, ‘You can only be limited by your own mind.’ That moment resonated with me deeply, reminding me that there are no limits to what we can achieve when we commit ourselves fully to the cause. Your wisdom and leadership have been a constant source of strength for me, and you’ve shown me that nothing is impossible.
As I continue my own journey in childhood cancer advocacy, I carry your words and example with me. I’m committed to pushing the boundaries, stretching to achieve sustained impact in this field. Your legacy is a beacon for us all, and I am grateful to be a part of this important work alongside you.
Wishing you a very Happy Birthday, Dr. Victoria Buenger and here’s to many more years of making a difference together!”
