Marielle McLeod: Cancer Hope Network’s Chrysalis Gala brought together our community from near and far
The Cancer Hope Network’s Chrysalis Gala was held on 21st September at the Knoll Country Club.
The gala aims to advance the mission of the Cancer Hope Network, which focuses on providing support to cancer patients and their families. The Chrysalis Gala is designed to be more than just a fundraising event; it seeks to create an engaging and enjoyable experience for attendees while advancing the critical mission of the Cancer Hope Network.
Funds raised during the gala are used to enhance the Cancer Hope Network’s programs, ensuring that they can continue to provide vital resources and support to those navigating the challenges of cancer.
This event not only raises funds but also raises awareness about the importance of support systems for cancer patients and their families. If you need more specific details or information on how to get involved, feel free to ask!
Marielle McLeod shared on LinkedIn:
“This weekend was one of the books! Cancer Hope Network’s Chrysalis Gala was such a wonderful event that brought together our community from near and far.
In addition to meeting our incredible supporters and champions of our mission, I was able to meet some of our amazing mentors in the flesh. Their energy, love, and passion was just as infectious in person as it was meeting them for the first time on a little computer screen.
The HOPE, ENCOURAGEMENT, RESILIENCE, and PERSEVEARANCE that their personal stories experiences bring but you see it and feel it by how they pour all of that into our community of mentees. It is a wonderful sight to see and makes my seat as the Director of Programs and Advocacy, by far the best seat in the house.”
