Sami Mansfield: When’s the best time to exercise
Sami Mansfield shared a post on LinkedIn:
”One of the top questions I get asked is: When’s the best time to exercise?
Time is one of the biggest barriers to regular exercise, not just for Cancer Survivors but for everyone—especially in my LinkedIn community, where we’re all driven to not just do something, but do it the best.
As we age and especially after cancer, everything changes—energy levels, how we sleep, how we wake up, and the demands on our daily routine .
So, when this question comes up, I decided to create a quick video to answer it and share some practical tips you can use to fit exercise into your day, no matter your schedule or circumstances!
As someone who’s always digging into the science and practical applications of lifestyle changes—especially for cancer survivors and caregivers—I love busting myths (like the ones about soy, sugar, or whether survivors should only do yoga and never run). With the help of technology, I can share these insights with you and help you navigate your wellness journey!
Head over to our YouTube channel to explore our growing library of videos, workout tips, and more.
Have any burning questions. Drop them below, and let’s continue the conversation.”
