”ESMO4Carers: Interested in learning more about the wellbeing of oncology professionals? Do not miss the unique opportunity to apply for the ESMO Resilience Task Force Workshop where you will be able to dive into the most inherent issues related to the
urnout prevention of the oncology workforce.- Explore mental health and wellbeing challenges common among edical oncologists.
- Identify and learn how to mitigate the risk factors of burnout among healthcare workers.
- Acquire coping skills to enhance your own personal and professional well-being.
- Share and explore various initiatives implemented across Europe, and develop an action plan to address well-being within your own institution/country.
- Connect with like-minded oncology professionals to create a peer network for promoting well-being internationally.
Apply by 22 September 2024 at 23:59 CEST by submitting your CV and 3-5 slides presenting a well-being initiative you contributed to and/or proposed ideas. Successful applicants will benefit from complimentary registration, accommodation, and a travel grant.
