Wee Joo Chng: It’s a wrap for the International Myeloma Society meeting 2023.
Quoting Wee Joo Chng, Vice President of Biomedical Sciences Research at National University of Singapore, on LinkedIn:
“It’s a wrap for The International Myeloma Society meeting 2023. I have the honor of being a panelist on the last session to discuss current challenges. We have made tremendous progress through strong international collaborations. This is truly a family and the annual meeting is like a homecoming. We are in no doubt that there a still groups of patients who are doing badly and we need to do more for them.
This meeting is the first predominantly face-to-face meeting after COVID and it is so great to see so many friends in the flesh again. As always the quality of the presentation is high and the discussions are very thought-provoking. A lot to digest and unpack and many new inspiration for future research.
Till next year in Rio!”
