“It was good to have Julie Ann Freischlag visit the Department of Cancer Biology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine to talk about the role of discovery science. The department is a vital hub for the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of designation by the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Looking forward to growing the department in the coming years.”
