Comparing lobular vs. ductal Inflammatory Breast Cancer

“A new study in Annals of Surgical Oncology, comparing lobular vs. ductal IBC, shows that lobular IBC patients are more likely to be node-negative at presentation but node-positive at surgery, often with less comprehensive nodal exams.
