“There is still time to join us for the 16th Annual American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) Research and Health Equity Breakfast this Friday, September 29 at the 521 Overlook at Fenway Park! We are so thrilled to have Dr. Monica Bertagnolli, Director of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as our Keynote Speaker, followed by a panel discussion highlighting the importance of innovation and equity to help end cancer as we know it, for everyone. The panel, moderated by Dr. Mallika Marshall, WBZ | CBS Boston, will feature Dr. Donald Ingber, Founding Director and Chaired Professor, Wyss Institute at Harvard University; Dr. Arif H. Kamal Chief Patient Officer, American Cancer Society; and Kenn Turner, President and CEO, Massachusetts Life Sciences Center. There will also be an opportunity to network with leaders from life sciences, healthcare, business, policymaking, and American Cancer Society-funded cancer researchers.
