CancerX is launching a new patient navigation blueprint

“When a patient receives a cancer diagnosis, their journey ahead is filled with the unknown. From treatments to countless appointments, every day is consumed by their diagnosis, and the added stress of financial uncertainty should not also weigh on their shoulders.
Patient navigation programs effectively enhance equal access to care, diminish financial toxicity, and improve health and quality of life outcomes. However, resource constraints can hinder the widespread use of these programs. Digital solutions can help, but health systems must grapple with return on investment questions as they think about scaling the implementation of patient navigation programs.
To address this, CancerX is launching new, free resources, including an ROI calculator and patient navigation blueprint, that will support health systems and patient navigators in developing a business case and digital patient navigation programming strategy – and, thereby, improve access, cost, and health outcomes for more cancer patients.
