“New case study on Lymphoma in Parotid Gland
A recent case at University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli identified an extranodal non-Hodgkin B-cell marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) in a patient with clonal B-cell lymphocytosis.
Notably, this was discovered incidentally in a deep left parotid region nodule during routine follow-up.
Detailed cytological, histological, and molecular analyses confirmed the diagnosis, highlighting the importance of vigilant monitoring in patients with underlying conditions.
