”Delighted to share my first first-author manuscript published in Nature Reviews Drug Discovery. In this Review, Charles Roberts and I discuss ongoing efforts to target chromatin remodellers in cancer and other diseases, with a focus on SWI/SNF complexes. We also discuss efforts to leverage other synthetic lethalaties to treat the approximately 20% of all cancers that have mutations in SWI/SNF subunits.”
