Lena Mkrtchyan: I did it, now I’m a doctor
Lena Mkrtchyan, YSMU Graduate and Content Curator at OncoDaily.com, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”I did it. Now I’m a doctor. Doctor Lena Mkrtchyan.
I’m incredibly proud to have graduated from Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi. These past six years have been the best of my life. I’ve gained so much—not just knowledge, but also invaluable personal growth. I’ve had the privilege to meet wonderful people who have inspired me, and I’ve learned not only how to become a skilled doctor but also a better person. It’s amazing how quickly six years can pass; it feels like just six seconds.
I am also grateful for the friendships I’ve made along the way. To my classmates and colleagues, thank you for sharing this adventure with me, for the late-night study sessions, and for the camaraderie that made even the toughest days enjoyable.
Each person I’ve met at Yerevan State Medical University has played a vital role in shaping who I am today. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey with me.”
