“It’s National Postdoctoral Appreciation Week and we’re celebrating the 317 postdoctoral fellows from 50 countries that attend St. Jude. Without basic and translational research, our mission of advancing cures would be impossible. Our postdocs work in 122 different laboratories across 27 departments and play a fundamental role in advancing world-class research at St. Jude.
“Thank you to all our postdoctoral fellows for what they do. Postdoctoral fellows are the drivers of research projects, providing energy and scientific successes to any laboratory at St. Jude,” says Dr. Martine Roussel, PhD, Endowed Chair in Molecular Oncogenesis. “They also come from many different countries across the globe, enhancing diversity and inclusion.”
