“Last week, I attended The Christie NHS Foundation Trust Digi Showcase Fest, a two-day event brimming with insightful discussions and networking opportunities.
Day one delved into digital inclusion, skills, connectivity, and accessibility, stressing the significance of tools like voice typing for disability-inclusive presentations.
On day two, Alistair Reid-Pearson ‘s demo on AI in healthcare underscored the prudent use of AI to mitigate bias, explore emerging AI technologies, promote education, and ensure good data governance. Moreover, we delved into data structure and effective data utilization, featuring a Chat GPT demo on crafting precise instructions for enhanced outputs.
The event provided an exceptional platform to engage with the Digital Service Team, The Christie members, and colleagues from Manchester Cancer Research Centre.”
