Iyad Sultan: Let’s ensure that scientific research remains trustworthy and reliable.
Iyad Sultan, Pediatric Oncologist at King Hussein Cancer Center, recently shared on Twitter:
“Two Weill Cornell cancer researchers found guilty of research misconduct, says the U.S. Office of Research Integrity (ORI). The 2 researchers had published 12 papers with fake data, a clear violation of scientific integrity. All papers were retracted. The discovery was made after identifying repeated figures (Western plots) used in different contexts on multiple papers. Let’s ensure that scientific research remains trustworthy and reliable.”
