”Brilliant insights from Tom Powles, Barts Cancer Institute. Excellent use of Twitter polls to reconcile tough clinical scenarios (eg Immuno-oncology rechallenge following adjuvant pembrolizumab). Shocking to hear rates of IO receipt in real world series – great point from Tom – use the best treatment first.
