Improving Patient Data Collection: EU member states should enhance data collection on ethnicity, LGBTIQ+ identity, psychosocial development, quality of life, physical and mental health, education, socioeconomic status, and employment rights of cancer patients.
Enhancing Research Team Diversity: Equal effort must be placed on increasing diversity and inclusion among healthcare and research personnel. Diverse teams bring diverse perspectives, leading to better outcomes for all.
