”Someone the other day said to me: It’s too late for me. I won’t get to this next stage of my career. I missed the window.
I replied: Nope. You are right on time. Let’s stop comparing ourselves to other people’s journeys. Let’s stop trying to live up to ‘our community’s’ expectations of us. Let’s stop embracing negative self talk. Because we didn’t miss it. We aren’t late. We aren’t disqualified. We are where we need to be right now.
Keep going we are right on time.”
