“Very interesting presentations at ABS regarding AI use.
Overall the messaging seems to that AI use in planning, dosimetry, contouring, patient qualification, research and anesthesia matching makes Brachytherapy more efficient, effective faster completion. As such, this potentially allows a greater ability to adjuvant modality treatment.
H/N seems to show short term less difficulty in swallowing when using Brachy as a boost along with IMRT rather than IMRT alone is one presentation of several.”
