“Exciting times for RWJBarnabas Health & Rutgers Cancer Insitute of New Jersey on the delivery of their 1st Elekta Unity MR-Linac (3) Unity systems will be placed at RWJB cancer institutions across New Jersey, providing this cutting-edge technology to the patients in need within their own communities, without the need to travel into NYC or Philadelphia.
This will be the first major health system in the U.S. with (3) dedicated MR-Linac’s across their health system. Elekta will be providing a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help with program planning, ramp up and overall success. It was great to see a couple members of the RWJ Physics team attend the delivery. Thank You Meral Reyhan, Ph.D. DABR and Venkat Narra!
