For the 2025 Yvonne Awards, candidates were required to be within 10 years of receiving their terminal degree or initial faculty appointment.

Both trainees and experienced professionals were eligible to be nominated.

Award recipients were required to attend the ASCO Annual Meeting and the Yvonne Awards Ceremony in person on May 30, 2025.

Each nomination was required to include an updated curriculum vitae limited to two pages.

The nomination deadline was May 10, 2025.
