“BGICC 2026 | Day 1 – ESGO Colposcopy Course

We kicked off Day 1 of BGICC 2026 with a fantastic European Society of Gynaecological Oncology Colposcopy and Cervical Screening Course, led by the ESGO Prevention team members – Murat Gultekin, Vesna Kesić, Mario Preti and Mihaela Grigore together with local experts Mohamed Ali and Amr El-Husseiny.
The day was packed with practical insights on cervical cancer screening, colposcopy basics, abnormal findings, new technologies, and interactive real-life case discussions.
A big thank you to Hesham ElGhazaly, the ESGO team and to the local gynecologists whose strong interest and active participation made the course a real success.”
