Yan Leyfman։ AI-Enabled Standardization for Scalable Cell and Gene Therapy Trial Matching

Yan Leyfman, Medical Correspondent at OncLive, Freelance, shared on LinkedIn:

“The future of cell and gene therapy won’t be defined by innovation alone – it will be defined by who can actually access it.

Thrilled to be joining Technology Networks as a Featured Speaker on September 24 for a conversation at the intersection of two fields rapidly reshaping medicine: AI and cell and gene therapy.

My presentation, ‘AI-Enabled Standardization for Scalable Cell and Gene Therapy Trial Matching,‘ will explore a challenge I believe we urgently need to solve:

How do we take extraordinary scientific innovation and make sure the right patient can actually find – and reach – the right clinical trial?

The next frontier of AI in medicine isn’t simply generating better answers.

It’s building tools that can break down barriers, standardize complex decision-making, expand access to clinical trials, and help move transformative therapies from possibility to patients.

That is the future I’m incredibly excited to help build.

I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Arturo Bonilla for his outstanding mentorship, guidance, and belief in this work, and to Dr. Chandler Park for his continued mentorship and support. Having mentors who challenge you to think bigger – and then help you turn those ideas into something meaningful – is invaluable.

And a huge thank you to Technology Networks for providing a global platform to have this conversation.
