Applications are now open for the ESMO – European Society for Medical Oncology Leadership and Career Development Award fellowship.

Our center, Institute Bergonié in Bordeaux, France 🇫🇷 , part of the Unicancer network and the EURACAN rare cancer network, is pleased to host a fellow within our Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit.

What the fellowship offers:

  • Hands-on experience in early-phase clinical trials (FIH to phase II).
  • Exposure to precision oncology and molecular tumor boards.
  • Participation in innovative drug development (immunotherapy, ADCs, targeted therapies).

Our unit runs ~70 early-phase trials and treats ~300 patients/year, contributing to the development of transformative cancer therapies.

This training environment aligns with the ESMO Roadmap 2030, promoting responsible innovation and precision oncology. Thank you to ESMO – European Society for Medical Oncology for supporting the training of future oncology leaders.
