Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) shared on LinkedIn:
“Three international research collaborations have been awarded a total of EUR 1.49 million through the UICC-led Reimagining Cancer Research in Europe initiative.
The three selected projects will tackle key challenges in tobacco control, cervical cancer prevention and ovarian cancer risk reduction, generating evidence to inform future scale-up across Europe.
Congratulations to all the awarded teams!
With thanks to UICC members for funding the initiative, KWF Kankerbestrijding / Dutch Cancer Society, Cancerfonden, Danish Cancer Society, World Cancer Research Fund, and Wereld Kanker Onderzoek Fonds (WKOF), alongside IARC – International Agency for Research on Cancer / World Health Organization for providing scientific expertise.
