Tsetsegsaikhan Batmunkh, Director of the Public Health Department at the Ministry of Health of Mongolia, shared on LinkedIn:

“Strengthening disease surveillance through international collaboration

Had a productive discussion with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on opportunities for collaboration with Mongolia’s newly established CDC, with a focus on strengthening disease surveillance and public health preparedness.

As Mongolia continues to develop its national public health capacities, collaboration with international partners will be important to advancing surveillance systems, enhancing data driven decision making, strengthening early detection and response, and building a more resilient public health system.”
