Tahereh Kashkoulinejad Kouhi: 30 Interactive Precision Oncology Maps Connecting Guidelines, Biomarkers, and Evidence Across Cancer Types

Tahereh Kashkoulinejad Kouhi, Cancer Research Scientist at CTOAM – Cancer Treatment Options and Management, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“OncoAtlas: 30 Interactive Precision Oncology Maps Connecting Guidelines, Biomarkers, and Evidence Across Cancer Types

OncoAtlas is an independently developed precision oncology platform created by Tahereh Kashkoulinejad Kouhi, PhD, a research scientist with background in molecular biology, to bring complex, cancer-specific therapeutic information into a structured and accessible format. It integrates clinical treatment pathways with molecular biomarkers, targeted therapies, immunotherapies, regulatory status, emerging therapeutic strategies, clinical trials, mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety data, and supporting scientific references.

The 2026 Curated Edition includes 30 interactive maps spanning hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, including thoracic, breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, gynecologic, head and neck, neuro-oncology, melanoma, neuroendocrine, sarcoma, and thyroid cancers.

The platform was developed to help clinicians, researchers, and others working in oncology navigate the rapidly evolving precision oncology landscape more efficiently. Rather than presenting treatment evidence as isolated publications or drug lists, OncoAtlas organizes information within cancer-specific maps that connect clinical context, molecular alterations, therapeutic options, and the evidence supporting them.

‘Precision oncology evidence is growing faster than anyone can keep in their head,’ says Dr. Kouhi. ‘I built OncoAtlas so clinicians and researchers can see the full picture for each cancer in one place, from biomarker to treatment to the evidence behind it.’

OncoAtlas is intended as a scientific and educational resource and will continue to evolve as new evidence, clinical studies, and regulatory developments emerge.
