  • KRYSTAL10 – 2L adagrasib + cetux vs CTx in G12Cmut mCRC – higher ORR but no PFS or OS benefit
  • EMERALD1 – int HCC TACE + durva + bev improved PFS & ORR vs TACE, but no OS benefit
  • ATOMIC adjuvant stage 3 dMMR colon ca – exploratory analysis suggests benefit of atezo limited to >6cy of FOLFOX.
  • RMC-9805-001 – zoldonrasib (RAS (ON) G12D) + daraxonrasib (pan-RAS) in 2L+ G12D, ORR 50%, no DLT…phase 3 1L RASolute309 awaited …?chemo-free option
